We met working in a café in downtown Cochabamba, I said 'I don't do orders for people I don't know,' she said, 'my name is Raysa, 5 Cappuccinos para la 11b.' Three years later, we were married, raising kids and hosting cultural events in coffee shops around the city. When we moved our family from Bolivia to Winston Salem in 2018, we had a dream to open our own coffee shop, but shifted gears during the pandemic to a more versatile concept. We have enjoyed sharing our culture and coffee and making friends wherever we pop up. 

We have a full, 2 group Italian espresso bar that can fit through a standard doorway and run off a 110 v wall outlet. Our cart is simple and presentable for formal occasions, rugged enough for outdoor events, and plenty festive for parties, Our model is ideal for inserting some zest in any occasion.
